Escape Campus Student Accommodation

I've been with Escape Campus for the 2016/17 academic year, and I 100% recommend Paul and his team. In my 4 year tenure at Lancaster Uni I've been with multiple letting agencies and I can confidently say EC have topped my list. The property was newly refurbished and the room spacious. They've been really responsive throughout the year, and sorted out any issues if and when they came up. If you're looking for a place to stay don't look any further!

The best school ever!

Escape Campus has given us an unusually good level of professional service. We had never used a letting agency before and had wondered whether going down this route really offered value, given the commission rate that’s charged. In practice they were so good that we never once doubted the choice we had made.Paul Morris, who heads the agency, is friendly and unflappable and clearly knows what students are looking for. He was evidently thinking about how to meet today’s student demands at every stage in the process.Of course, his agency knew better than we ever could how to find good tenants, how to set a rent that would bring the returns we needed, and how to deal decisively with any problems that arose.Communication was almost always top notch. Paul seems to know the lettings business inside out and in particular what makes the Lancaster market tick. We always found him cheerful and responsive, and quick to guide us on strategic issues that we needed to understand. He also seems to be enthusiastic about the business he’s in. He showed especially good leadership when covid turned life and business upside down in 2020. A rare example of someone genuinely operating at the top level in a challenging business environment. We can recommend Escape Campus without reservation.

Rented a house from Escape Campus for two years as a student at University. House was great and any issues we had were always dealt with quickly and the staff were always really helpful.
