Really impressed with the service here. I was deliberating between two identical vehicles at different dealers, and ultimately chose based on the excellent service provided by Gary at the Dorchester branch. Nothing was too much trouble and it all felt very easy.

Our experience with Dorchester Nissan so far has been great :)From thorough test drive and explanation of the cars’ features (I tried two) through to driving my ‘new-to-me’ car off of their forecourt just over a week later, has been a pleasant experience thanks to the welcoming and professional staff.Sales rep. has been excellent; helpful, answered questions promptly and offered options without pressure. Site Manager checked in with us at point of sale to ensure all okay etc. Nicely arranged, clean showroom. Good display of options for new cars. Refreshments & customer toilets. Car was beautifully polished and cleaned inside and out upon collection and something I raised at test drive was looked into. Paperwork explained and taken through methodically. Helped set up new road tax. Good post sale communication to check on car / all going okay.Entry to site is a bit tricky with a one-way road in and out, but that may be for good reasons, so just be mindful parking can be tricky on a busy day!Overall it is a nice dealership with a good team and I look forward to returning for service / MOT in due course.

Fitted a tow-bar on the X-Trail and investigated a potential transmission fault under warranty. They really went the second mile as both jobs turned out to be more complicated than envisaged. Nothing was too much trouble. Great to find a dealership with genuine commitment to customer service - will definitely use again. Special thanks to Finn and Lee.

Obtained a Nissan Qashqai via motorbility scheme 6 months ago. The sales service was exceptional. I never felt like a second class buyer. Everything was meticulously explained and with patience.The car developed a minor electrical fault that was resolved. My experience in the past with other dealers is the service support let's the company down. Not so with Nissan Dorchester. The support from Chris has been outstanding. I travelled from quite a distance to pick up my new Qashqai in Dorchester and it was worth the journey. Max and the team were brilliant from start to finish; really looked after us, explained everything about the car (which was gleaming and pristine!) and made us feel very welcome to the Nissan family.
