It says it will take maximum 8 days to get the parcel but its already 12 days and I haven't received it. My family chose DTDC so that they can provide me with some dress and other belongings for a function. The programme is already here and have got no response. And the worst part is the customer service. I have been calling them for the past 3 days and no response have been there. Same in the case of emails. The online tracking facility is also unsatisfied.Totally disappointed..

One of the worst service..my box was open and my new brand show was missing..many was damaged ..total box is damaged..Don't go for this service. Lost nearly 70-85 pounds and no response..

No walking service available. Every parcel has to be booked online and drop in there warehouse or they pickup as well.

I sent a courier to India and liked their service. The envelope picked up from home and delivered on time to the destination. I have no hesitation to use again. The only recommendation is that instructions are given step by step for sake of clarity and avoiding confusion. Overall wellanaged.

Very bad service. Customer service is rude and hang up call on your face. My parcel is missing and i understand things happen in cargo industry as its not end of the world. Correct details were expected. They just push to origin and other companies who they used to deliver. Why should i check with otheres when money is paid to you? The manager even said i am not making profit on the parcel so why did you accept the shipment? I whish i had negative stars to rate them. DO NOT USE DTDC UK....

Poor.I was expecting my parcel for 3 weeks , when it was send from India they told me it will take only maximum 6 days . After 1 week I tried to contact them but they won’t reply efficiently.At last after 3 weeks they told me my parcel got some damage because of poor packaging but the packing was done by DTDC staff themselves and asked me for extra 10 pounds to get my parcel within 3 days.Won’t recommend and won’t use their service anymore.

Unschooled staff and unprofessional service. The receipt was generated with the correct pin code, whereas the system had another pin code which led to untraceability. Can't you see the pin code while entering into the system?Pathetic service. I will never try this service.
