Dhruv arrived as arranged, listened attentively as we explained the problem. Within minutes he told us what he thought the problem was and proceeded to fix it. It was refreshing to see that he started with the simplest of possibilities rather than the worst it could have been.Would definitely recommend Him to anyone and would assume all the team are as helpful as Him.

Dhruv is a very courteous and decent person and unlike myprevious experience with plumbers he not driven by greed he insisted on charging only for what he worked forHe did not charge me for coming over to see if he could resolve the issueIf I need help in the future I know I can call someone reliable and I would strongly recommend him

Great service from the guys at Essential PHG. I had been suffering from a frozen mixer within my integrated shower meaning I just had boiling hot water. A quick phone call & visit later, I had a replacement mixer and warm showers!
