We rented 2 properties through Belvoir and each time we have had nothing but good things to say about them. Any issue we had was resolved straight away, we dealt with Michelle and Theresa on a regular basis and I can’t thank them enough for their time and dedication to helping us with anything we wanted.Belvoir sales and Lettings are highly recommended by me and my family.Thank you all again

Ash has been a great help throughout our whole experience of looking for and completing our first house purchase, he’s managed the communications between us and the vendor amazingly and has always kept us up to date with everything going on, never leaving us not knowing. Ash provided us a lot of his time to ensure we were happy with the property and was very flexible with viewings. I have dealt with Belvoir Loughborough as a landlord since 2013 for my rental property in Loughborough. Their service and response times have been beyond reproach at all times and I've had a very satisfactory service. All maintenance, rental payments (thank you Theresa) and any other issues over the years have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and I've been kept fully informed throughout. I have travelled away outside the UK for many months at a time since 2013 safe in the knowledge that my tenants and my investment property were well looked after at all times. Finally, having decided to sell up, James Lee the owner of Belvoir Loughborough, found me a buyer at a good price and sold the property for me in a swift and smooth transaction; couldn't ask for anything more. 10/10 Belvoir!

Been before. I like it better, with the new landlords. They are inspirational. Beer is fantastic. Food is phenomenal. Service is out of this world. If you don't agree, you need to stay at home.

Following a previous difficult experience with another Estate Agent, Ash from Belvoir restored my faith by convincing me he could and would sell the lovely home I have lived for the past 19 years. He has been very kind and supportive during what has been a difficult time. His professional manner, attention to detail and commitment makes this young man stand out from the crowd. It really felt like his heart was in it and for that I thank him for all he has done.

In the initial stages of our tenancy Belvoir was a responsive letting agency, and the process of renting was made easy by their support. However, upon leaving the property we were charged with several claims for cleaning and mould treatment. Despite having already raised the mould as an issue previously with Belvoir. After an independent review, it was deemed we were not eligible to pay the £125 for oven cleaning and mould treatment as suggested by Belvoir. I would also like to raise my concern that in the three years of renting our property, Belvoir visited once despite saying they were coming several times as part of their standard checks, they did not come.

Ash Holden and his team at Belvoir Lets in Loughborough have given me exceptional service, with the team making you feel welcome as soon as you enter the branch.Good service from a professional team make all the difference in the market place and I can not thank the team enough.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the team at Belvoir, especially Sarah, who went above and beyond to find me the right tenants for my property. I originally chose Belvoir as I thought Sarah came across as friendly and professional and their fees seemed good value for money. Sarah absolutely did not disappoint. Very happy to recommend and will certainly use them again if and when I need to find new tenants.
