I'm very happy to be a costumer at Richer Sounds. They have the best products and prices, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They really care about their customers and make sure they are satisfied with their purchases. They are one of the few companies I'm proud to be a customer of, because they respect me and my needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality equipment.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a TV, sound bar and wall bracket from Derek at Richer Sounds in Deansgate, Manchester. Absolutely fantastic gentleman and what he doesn’t know about TVs is probably not worth knowing.Having purchased several TVs over the years, I have very high expectations with Richer Sounds, I find their level of knowledge, service and price point to be extremely competitive if not market leading.I’m pleased to say that Derek did not disappoint. Having originally spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Derek, discussing my budget, the different technologies available, along with several other things, I agreed to visit the showroom to see the TVs we spoke about in all their glory - thanks for recommending this Derek, as prior our conversation, I would have potentially purchased the TV online without seeing it in the showroom.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience yet again with Richer Sounds and particularly with Derek. We were looking for a record player and hi fi set up for my daughter for Christmas and were well served by Sean and Sam. Super friendly super informed and the price was actually a lot better than anything I’d found on the web surprisingly after I’d sign up for their member scheme. Will definitely be heading back!

I went in to buy a soundbar for my new Sony TV with Dolby Atmos but was talked out of it the helpful salesman who explained that it wouldn’t give me the depth of sound I was looking for and wouldn’t work with the TV’s screen speakers.I was very grateful for informed advice by a member of staff who knew what they were talking about. That’s not always the case. He could have simply sold me the Sonos Beam soundbar without saying anything but answered my questions honestly and intelligently. Back to the thinking cap but for service and price, Richer Sounds provides some very good deals. Highly recommended.

Excellent service today at Richersounds Deansgate store. I brought in some speakers with an intermittent fault which didn't replicate itself in store. Nonetheless, with myself probably being an awkward customer, the store agreed to take the speakers back and allowed me to supplement the value already paid and purchase some more expensive speakers.Home now and all set up, I'm very pleased with the purchase. The staff helped select the alternative, which sound fantastic!Thank you very much

I found Richer Sound after a difficult search on Google because I wanted the right product at a good price.All I am going to say is wow. What a find? I would recommend Richer Sound to everyone reading this.The staff were ALL friendly and the manager I spoke to had all the knowledge of the TV I wanted to buy.The price was cheaper than other retailers. Plus there was an offer on. Which I suggest you check because it can probably differ from time to time.Overall service was brilliant. I had to call a few days later to pick up a separate TV bracket because the one that is supplied is like a frame and I needed one that pulls out of the wall. I called the shop and they knew exactly what I wanted and they reserved it for me. I picked it up in an hour.I can't fault their service and product. I would definitely recommend checking them out before buying your next TV.Thank you everyone at Richer Sound (Manchester).A happy customer.

I dealt with Sam at Richer Sounds Manchester. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to price match a tv that i’d seen with a well known retailer. Richer Sounds also offer better warranty cover than other retailers for extra piece of mind. I’ll definitely buy from here again.

Such a good experience buying from here! Ordered a Polk soundbar, I had three contacts with a human which in itself is great. The first time was with the call center the second two times was with the branch direct. Each time the person I spoke to was super friendly, enthuisatic and helpful. I thought the first time was a fluke but every person I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with. They even let me pick my item up from the store outside their opening hours! I also got a cracking deal, It was cheaper than anywhere online, even Amazon! I'll definitley be coming to Richer Sounds first in future!

Bought a pair of Q acoustics 3020 speakers. Sam (manager) was very knowledgeable and advised me on cables etc. Customer service was impeccable throughout my visit. Highly recommend this store. 10/10
