We had 3 x CS-Z35UFEAW floor standing indoor units with 3 x CU-Z35UBEA outdoor units installed at our home, the installation was carried out over a 2 day period.As the original planned installation of a high level mounted wall unit in each room was not possible, they would have needed large trunking to installed on the internal wall with a gradient so the condensed water could get outside. This would have been a real eyesore so another option was required, floor standing units were suggested by Michael following an onsite survey which we went with.Michael arrived on the agreed date and the install was underway. Some minor adjustments were required as the work progressed to get the best overall look, Michael was happy to discuss options and offer solutions. He took pride in his work, which is always good to see, and made the effort to achieve a good finish.Very happy with the finished product, it looks neat and tidy and the system is working well. The Wi-Fi App is a great additional benefit once you get passed the App issues of not letting you login after setting up the account.The install quote was very competitive price which anther positive.I would be happy to recommend Michael’s Air Conditioning Services to anyone. I hope the service, maintenance and repair support is up to the same standard.

The installation was carried on on the agreed date and was completed in a very efficient manner. The area was clean and Michael gave a comprehensive review of how the system works. I would have no hesitation in using him again or in recommending his services to a potential custom.

Michael was fantastic. He phoned the day before to introduce himself, which we appreciated. Michael kept us informed throughout and managed to install everything quickly. Michael was particularly careful to make sure the aesthetics met our preference as much as possible, while offering his advice. We appreciated that Michael was very considerate of our 6 month old puppy, making sure she didn’t escape while he was working. Michael was friendly, professional and knowledgable. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend to others.

From start to finish Michael provided great service giving me a call day before his visit to confirm timings. On arrival he inspected the site as the install was for a garden office. He gave us great advice and went out of his way to hide the exposed wires the previous engineer had left out. Michael also answered any questions I had thoroughly as it was my first time getting an AC fitted in and before he left the site he did a few quality control checks to ensure it was working effectively and that the recommended approach was followed. Before Michael left he took me through the product and how to use its functions. I would recommend his work and in the future will go to him for any further work!

Michael did a fantastic job, we could have not asked for a better person to help us with the AC installation! Reassuring, professional, kind, precise, quick and friendly. Communication was also great throughout. Not easy to find someone who's got all these skills, as we've been trying other people with a very poor result.
