Kuoni Norwich

A surprise big 0 birthday present was booked by my Fiancée. Off we went to see Gemma, a glass of bubbles and a great chat about everything.Made to feel very special and Gemma clearly knows her stuff!Cannot recommend Kuoni Norwich enough.

We had a fantastic experience of booking our honeymoon to Singapore and Bali with Kay. Kay was simply fantastic, she worked with us to create a honeymoon that was within our budget, suited our needs and created something that was extra special. We visited Kay three times, and researches multiple areas. Kay never made us feel pressured or that we should settle for something that was not quite right for us. Kay had great travel knowledge, and had personally visited the places that we were discussing. We cannot wait to go on our honeymoon and would highly recommend Kuoni for any upcoming honeymoons or holidays.

We have booked two holidays with Kay at Kuoni and cannot recommend her enough! Super knowledgeable and friendly - all you have to do is tell her what you are looking for and she will find the perfect location and hotel that ticks all the boxes! We booked our honeymoon through Kuoni who not only beat the price of Tui, but upgraded our hotel transfers, provided us assurances that covid would not leave us out of pocket if another lockdown prevented our travel and were available to talk on the phone at any time!the professionalism and care showed by Kelly and Gemma are what really make this company stand out, and their contributions to the success of our honeymoon mean we will be returning for our future holidays.
