Paul Taylors on Lincoln Road are absolutely fantastic, great service incredibly helpful and better than getting stuff via ebay from other parts of the World and quicker.

Over the last decade, I've bought five machines from this company - a Sony DVD player, two Sony Blu-ray players, a Sony 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player and, most recently, a high-end Pioneer 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player. Each arrived by a top-class courier a day after ordering, beautifully packaged and in immaculate condition. The Blu-ray players were accompanied by instruction sheets explaining how to switch between Blu-ray zones using the colour or number keys on the remote control. (Paul Taylor's machines switch between DVD regions automatically.) None of my players has ever given me a moment's trouble: on the one occasion when I've needed after-sales service - help with a firmware update that I was making a mess of - Mr Taylor's colleague Graham solved my problem with a friendly email within hours of receiving my query. There's no AV retailer that I trust more than this one. If you're a serious video disc collector who wants to be able to enjoy releases from anywhere in the world, I don't think that there's a better place to get your multi-region player.

I bought a Blu-ray player through Paul Taylor on Amazon to be delivered to Germany. I contacted them regarding a few questions. They were incredibly friendly & informative! The delivery was fast and well packaged. I can highly recommend this store to anybody who is looking for multimedia goods.

I bought. LG 280BP Blu-ray/DVD player from‘Multiregionmagic’ which arrived with 24hrsOf placing my order.Taking into consideration I live in Shropshire - this was exceptional fast service.Well packed, compact little player at a very good price.It may seem a little more expensive than some other ones out there, but if you take into consideration that it’s fully mutiregion - I.E. plays all discs regardless of their code areas - fitted with the up dated version of ICOS.Also plays audio etc, and does what it says on the box.Very pleased with this item and fully impressed with the service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S from me.

I received a fantastic post ad pre sales from this lovely company they were so helpful in their advise and customer service and unlike other companies really went out there way to help and NOT sell. I received no problems from start to finish and cannot recommend them enough. What they say it is it IS!!! and the multi Region player was excellent Quality- Samsung Player!!!!!
