Really impressed with a complete new uPVC roofline replacement and guttering, plus lower level cladding. The finish is excellent and so pleased with the final results, it has made our home look much fresher. Thanks to Andrew and the team for a great job.

Stellar recently installed a hinged roof for us. Very pleased with the installation. They went the extra mile to source the tiles for the appearance we wanted and kept us to date about scheduling so that we did not need to chase them. Would highly recommend.

From first contact to job completion, I don’t think I have ever met such a great bunch of guys! Throughout the whole experience we cannot fault any of Nick’s team, polite and attentive, nothing too much trouble, even working till 18.00 each evening on site.Initially we were looking only for a repair to existing felt roof on bungalow, but following meeting with Dan we decided to go with a longer term solution. It was during initial meeting with Dan it had also become apparent that a replacement roof to our shed/cabin undertaken by “handyman” only last summer, had been badly completed resulting in roof being saturated and inside of shed / cabin resembling a paddling pool!! Dan informed us that Stellar Home Improvements would be able to accommodate this at the same time.From initial contact to job completion (a total of 21 days over a Christmas/ New Year period)20/12/19 Leek in roof detected, initial contact with Stellar made, not expecting a response till New Year, Dan Phoned to set up appointment.24/12/19 Dan visited to discuss during which a quote was given and accepted.31/12/19 Steve visited to undertake survey.2/1/20 Dan telephoned to agree start date.6/1/20- 9/1/20 Work commenced and completed by Steve, Josh and Zac.10/1/20 Site visit by Steve and Zac to check work, ensuring everywhere tidy, visit from Nick to deliver invoice and guarantee paperwork.The work completed as agreed and site left extremely tidy. We were very impressed with level of customer service throughout; with regular telephone conversations with Dan regarding progress as well as discussions when changes to work agreed were necessary.Would definitely use Stellar Home Improvements again as well as recommend them to others.

I generally do not engage with traders who come to my door, however on this occasion. I am mightily pleased that I did. Dan who did the initial assessment of my flat roofs was totally frank and honest, and was quite prepared tell me that both mine, and my and my neighbours kitchen flat roofs are looking sound, definitely no strong sell, just honesty. 25 square metres of car port and porch I knew needed fixing are now sound for at least 20 years. The professionalism and standard of all aspects of the work have been exceptional, my next door neighbour has specifically asked me to praise the manner with which the work was conducted by all of the people involved in the work. Very pleasant family based company. Resolved issues which were beyond their control regarding waste disposal leaving absolutely no mess. Totally recommended. Superb service at all levels. This company was recommended by my daughter, who had had both flat roof replaced and double glazing installed about 2 years ago.Dan visited on a Saturday and explained how the new rubber roof would differ from a felt roof and work commenced less than 10 days later.Our flat roof was replaced by Zac and Olly in less than 4 days.Both appeared knowledgeable, polite and worked hard, kept the site tidy and completed the job within the time frame.Definitely recommend this firm.

I am so very pleased with the work that was done on our garage roof! We had an amazing team headed by Zack. They were very friendly and an absolute pleasure to have around. Work was done quickly and with no fuss and all the covid safety requirements were met with ease. The roof looks SO much better and I love that the guarantee is for 20yrs. Every member of the team we have had contact with has been very helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. I really can't recommend them highly enough.5 stars all the way!!

Stellar replaced all of our tired and scruffy old soffits, facias and guttering with gleaming new fitted replacements. The fitters were really tidy and considerate and turned up as arranged, working through strong winds and rain to complete the job well within the agreed time-frame. The whole place was really cleaned and tidied well before leaving and without damaging any of our very many precious plants. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for further work.

They were very professional throughout and always arrived on time and worked through some tough weather conditions in order to complete the job in the time frame set out.
