At Tutbury Castle. Took money then told us it was a 25 minute wait. After a much longer wait undercooked, but burnt on one edge half of our order turned up. Fifteen minutes later the remainder turned up, they had forgotten it was our order. More burnt and with some dough still semi liquid. Many people at the event were returning pizzas for recooking. If the oven is playing up, don’t take orders. Utterly unacceptable. Don’t use them.
