Sold my BMW X5 to Oaskwood Orestogr cars. Andy was courteous, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Seamless transaction, straight forward and would highly recommend.

Avoid. Total cowboy outfit. Cars are cheap but they are not safe or road worthy. There is no formal agreement made so you have no rights if the car is faulty. Please do not buy or drive their cars. Sales guys are arrogant and only interested in taking your money. Its disgusting in 2023 that these type of car dealers are still able to legally operate.

I bought a year old C3 Picasso from Oakwood last October. The car was great - in as-new condition and freshly valeted. The process of buying was pressure free and straightforward. The real test came last week when a warning light brought me to a stop on the M5 followed by an RAC rescue. Andy of Oakwood was helpful and supportive through an exchange of emails in and out of office hours as I tried to figure out my options for a repair. It turned out to be a known fault that Citroen are fixing at their own cost. But I got the feeling that Andy would have done everything he could to help me had Citroen not rolled over. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

I purchased a Ford SMAX, the car was in great condition, as-new condition and freshly valeted. The process of buying was pressure free and straightforward. Andy helped us with the whole process, very friendly service and was an easy and hassle free transaction. The real test came when I had an issue with the thermostat housing it was leaking so I contacted Andy. He was very helpful, easy to get in touch with and kept us in the loop the whole time. The thermostat was replaced and the cost was covered. I have to say I was very impressed with the quick response and fast process of the payment to cover the cost. I can’t recommend them enough, would definitely purchase from them again. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone looking for a good quality car, thank you. I purchased a car from Oakwood 2 weeks ago and found the experience pleasurable and hassle free . A week in to ownership it became apparent that the sat nav would not pick up my location . One phone call later to Andy and James and the car was booked on for repair. A loan car was supplied and less than 24 hrs later my car was repaired and ready to go. Better than that it had also been cleaned again!I will be returning in the future to change vehicles for sure and thoroughly recommend anyone to use this company.Absolutely top class and thankyou James and Andy.

I’ve waited a couple of months since I purchased my XE from Oakwood prior to posting this review, to ensure there were no issues. The car is outstanding, the service was brilliant and not pushy whatsoever. I have no idea what previous reviewer ‘Sue’ is talking about. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Last August I bought a Seat Ateca literally just through text and email. Saw the car for the first time when I got off the train and immediately knew I made the right choice. Andy made things so simple and straight forward and was brilliant with communication throughout the whole of August until I actually picked it up. I 100% recommened Oakwood Prestige.

Recently bought a Cooper S through email and text… Literally worry and pain free!Even traded in my old car using pictures and description!Delivered the car delay free and were communicative from start to finish!Would recommend to anyone!Still owe my wife a fridge but that’s her problem.
