Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Lowestoft

A had a courtesy car while a decision was made on my vehicle..I'd not used this company before but great customer service,a smile and a big hello as you went on, paper work etc all very good,I had a singing and dancing new Corsa..Jess Smith was brilliant when I returned the vehicle.Such refreshing customer care.well done highly recommend.

I rented a car with Enterprise Lowestoft during my service at Audi and drove the car for no more than an hour and a half. 3 days after renting the car I received a call from Enterprise to inform me I would need to pay £150 to replace a tyre due to damages. I asked for them to send me an email with evidence that the damage was seen upon collection as it had been 3 days since I had returned the vehicle, and this was the first I was hearing of any issues. I was then told that the tyres were 2mm away from needing to be replaced so that Enterprise would cover the cost of the tyre replacement. I am appalled by the service from Enterprise Lowestoft, instead of asking me to fork out £150 to cover the cost of the replacement tyre they should have considered how close the tyres were to needed to be replaced first! Shocking company, I will never be renting with Enterprise again.

I just hired a car for a week, from EnterpriseLowestoft the car was brand new, very nice, no problems.The customer service I received from Melissa, was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend.

Easy service beginning to end. Was offered lifts both ways and brilliant customer service throughout.No issues with retrieving deposit or after service as with some companies that try to sting you.Wholeheartedly recommend.

Very happy with the booking process online. The ordering was very clear and made it quite simple for the driving licence details etc. Also give you the option to pay upfront for a small discount. I compared the cost with many local companies and also national hire for a Luton van with a tail lift. They were by far the cheapest around with unlimited mileage as standard.I needed to call and change the dates as my moving date kept changing. This wasn't a problem at all and was made to feel like nothing was too much bother as I had to call on several occasions as my circumstances kept changing. They were always helpful each time I called and will definitely use them in the future. This was the staff at the Lowestoft branch only I dealt with.

Hired a medium van on the web, process and payment was easy. Enterprise kept me well informed right upto my rental date.Ewan and TJ were on duty at the Lowestoft branch on the day of pick up, and both were very proffesional, polite and engaging, everything was explained about the hire in simple easy to understand explanations.Upon my return Alice and Melissa served me and again both were fantastic with their customer service skills.Enterprise should be very proud of their Lowestoft office with everyone pulling together and mixing it nicely with great customer satisfaction.Please keep doing what your doing.

Very difficult to get in contact with. Booked online, with zero issue, but then was rung up to be told there was nothing available to rent. Then was told I could book for the following day, and was told to do it online. I did, then was rung again several times to confirm. This seems like a very inefficient system. I booked it all and paid on advance and provided details to fast track my booking. (do not do this, pay and provide your details upon collecting the car!)Due to a change in circumstances, I needed to cancel. I attempted to do this online (the night before) with no success, it wouldn't let me at all. So I sat on the phone trying to get through for 1.5 HOURS to cancel. The woman on the phone told me to cancel online... Which I explained I couldn't. Then she told me that if I had been able to cancel three hours before the booking, I wouldn't have been charged £40 cancellation fee!Not impressed and I won't be using again. Poorly organised and badly run. Staff are doing their best. Go to Lowestoft Car and Van Rental 10 mins away, far less of a faff!
