Well laid out store. The sample pots are great. Products are high cost, high quality and save you time (fewer coats of paint needed). People in store are friendly

Made to stand outside like an outcast when returning a tin of paint for a larger size because I wasn't allowed into the store without a face mask despite the shop assistant not wearing one herself. Been into many shops and supermarkets without wearing a mask and not been treated like this anywhere else. . Very poor service indeed so I will not be be returning.

Been in a couple of times over the past few years and will not return. Each and every time staff have been rude and condescending - felt as though they were being judgemental and letting me know they did not think I belonged there. Very shallow and clearly making assumptions about their customers based on appearances. A pity as I like F&B paint, what a difference it would make to walk into a warm, friendly welcoming showroom.

Farrow & Ball provide what you would expect. Suoerb quality service and advice for top of the range paints and wallpapers. Not cheap, actually rather expensive. I think it worth it. But great to get ideas and practical advice from.

Staff delivered incorrect paint, refused to exchange this and no management available apparently for over a week to discuss this matter. Poor service for a product that costs so much

I used the live chat service earlier this morning with a decorating dilemma! The advice wasn't particularly good despite challenging some of the colours suggested and advising I'd already tried some of the colours and that they weren't working for me. I feel there was no thinking out of box I was simply advised to have a colour consultation and that was the end of the chat!I then decided to ring the Glasgow Store spoke to Linda whose advice was absolutely fab and really helped me solve my dilemma! Will just speak direct to the store in future.

Although a lovely shop and helpful and friendly staff, the paint is way too expensive when I can get Dulux or Crown paints which are just as good if not better for more than half the price. I only buy Farrow and Ball paint if my clients ask for it. I'm a self-employed decorator.

Staff excellent, I'm a new customer, but my daughter has used it many times and the paint and service was excellent.

Came in early afternoon on the 2nd of September 2020. The staff couldn't have been more rude or unhelpful. I came in to buy and view wallpaper for my flat in Park Circus so had just popped down in the rain with my measurements to order from the showroom. My mum and I waited outside while there were customers inside (absolutely fine with this as I was happy they had polices in place for COVID 19). The woman spent awhile with the two customers before us, yet as soon as they left and she cast her eyes up and down at us she acted rude, dismissive and judgmental. Her demeanor clearly said, these people do not have the money to be in this shop". I felt offended and unwanted by the staff in this showroom and shall be making sure my neighbours and friends stay clear of Farrow & Ball and shall be taking my custom elsewhere."
