Very disappointed by the service.I wanted my trainers to be polished and clearly asked if they were providing this service, which they confirmed. I've shown them the marks that needed to be polished and they said they could do it.I came back and got my shoes with the same marks, charged £10.

Came in to get some shoes stretched. First time around service was great but shoe wasn’t stretched enough. Was advised to come back and was served by another person. Much less friendly this time around. Asked to have just the left shoe stretched a bit more and wasn’t told that both shoes would be stretched if I left both. Picked it up to find that my right shoe had been stretched as well and is now uncomfortable. Called to clarify and try to solve the issue but was told that if I didn’t want both shoes stretched then I should’ve just left one. Asked why this wasn’t mentioned before only to get hung up on. Real shame as the service was good first time around…

Very friendly and helpful! It was an emergency, I was only in London for four days and my only backpack broke- the zipper was completely unusable.Fixed it in 20 mins and our banter made me laugh so many times.Thank you for making my trip to London a lot more pleasant!

Went to get my shoes fixed. VERY dissapointing service. The man working there was really rude. Didn’t fix my shoes on time and told me to come back. Got home the next day and realised the shoes weren’t even properly fixed. Waste of time and money.

Fixed my bouts within 10 minutes of me being there and they were impeccable once he’s finished with them. Also had keys cut and they worked better than my originals. I’ve searched high and low for someone who knows his craft as my shoes are nothing less than Jimmy Choo etc and this man definitely does!! An absolute find!!
