I highly recommend Pauline (Floral and Balloon Artistry). I have been using her services for years and most recently for my wedding. Pauline practically saved my day with her creative skills and innovative mind. I had originally wished for peonies and orchids as my bridal bouquet but unfortunately they would not arrive in time from Europe who were busy enjoying their bank holidays. Pauline threw a range of ideas to me sending me photos for the Plan B days before my big day. I eventually chose Callas Lilies. This was all done over the phone. Social distancing. On the day of my wedding she arrived promptly with a gorgeous range of bouquets for me, my bridesmaids, corsage and buttonaires. If only I could post a picture - I have loads. We used this service for our wedding day as they was recommended by our wedding venue and we can't fault the service that was provided. Our wedding was postponed 3 times due to Covid restricitions and Pauline stuck with us throughout all of our date changes. The flowers were beautiful and we loved the balloon arch with Mr & Mrs balloons in-between it as well.Despite the challenges that Pauline came up against with getting the right flowers for my bouquet she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was right and as planned for the day. Her communication with myself and the venue was excellent and she showed the best attention to detail with both getting the colour scheme that we wanted and ensuring that the bouquet and button-holes were delivered personally by herself and fitting the buttonholes for the groom and best-man.A highly recommend and faultless service.

I have nothing but praise for Pauline, who is the ultimate professional. I needed a florist for the funeral of my mother who passed away in 2019. Pauline was able to attend my home at short notice to provide a personal service. I told her what colours my mother liked and she made suggestions of what flowers were in season that would be appropriate. Pauline provided photographs of arrangements that I could chose from for the coffin, the funeral reception, flowers for the tables etc. She was patient and reassuring. She also explained that seasonal restraints had a lot do with costing. But Floral & Ballon Atristry provided value for money. I was so impressed with the service that I used them again this year when my father sadly passed away and was not disappointed. After my experiences I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pauline has created elaborate balloon structures and beautiful flower arrangements for me in the past and now. Everything she makes is with care, class and beauty. Great communication and brilliant ideas, especially when you're not too sure what you want. She will surprise you with what her creativity guided her with and its always an amazing surprise. I’ve recently had the pleasure of Pauline’s creative expertise when I needed celebration balloons and a funeral reef both at fairly short notice . She was very accommodating and flexible in being able to have these ready for me on time and they were both superb !! She is professional and follows through on agreements. At a time when we were grieving the loss of a friend, Pauline made a beautiful and colourful butterfly flower arrangement for her funeral. We chose our friends favourite colours for the flowers and Pauline created a beautiful, intricate arrangement which perfectly displayed our friends bright personality. I would definitely use Pauline’s services again and recommend her.
