Booked Richard to come around and fit a shower. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment with him and the day before he had an “emergency job” and now can’t do my job at all? He should have just told me from day one he couldn’t/or didn’t want to do it-no emergency is that big that you can’t do pre booked work anymore as I was willing to wait 3 months! Can’t comment on the quality of his work just the reliability or lack of. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this really annoyed me.
