My wife and I recently rented out our house through Frost Purley. We can only describe the service they offer with one word: EXCELlENT. Their letting managers Charlottle and Hannah demostrated great professionalsm throughout the entire process including tenants referencing, landlords guidance, agreement drafting and etc.Their customer service is particularly exceptional. They keep us in the loop with constant updates via emails and phone calls. We really enjoy working with them. Trust has been built. I would definitely recommand Frost to my friends. Purley is a nice place. Charlotte and Hannah make it better.

We have let out our property with Frost Purley and had an absolute pleasure working with Charlotte and her fantastic team who have been highly professional, efficient, reliable and responsive throughout (even at 10pm, look after yourself!). Charlotte took care of everything right from the beginning, including arranging certificates, plumbers, cleaners, etc, making the entire process stress-free for me. She was able to secure a promising tenant within the first week, she took her time to explain her rationale in order to help me make the most informed decision. She is not pushy and you could really feel that she cares about her customers more than her commission. Very happy with their service, can't ask for better!

Right from the time the appointment was booked through the price negotiation to Memo of sale, Ryan Davies from sales team was fantastic. Very personable, on top of everything, on time and to the point.Katie Andrews from sales and progression team was another fantastic member of the team who ensured all the parties involved in the sale and purchase were followed up and kept up to date. If it was not for Katie we would not have had a smooth purchase process. She was one sole member who ensured there were no communication gaps, always offering to help with anything needed. Katie has gone above and beyond to help us with a hassle free purchase process. We now get to enjoy our new home.
