Lovely shop run by lovely people. Went in the other day as I woke up with a completely squashed ring, the gentleman repaired it for me free of charge, accompanied with great conversation. Will definitely be returning for other services!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable jeweller. I often go there with different kinds of watches and they know about each one. Today they fixed my watch for free!

Today I ve been to the jewellery shop because my Armani watch strap broken and I asked if it could be adjusted; the guy in the shop was really kind and nice and repair my watch for free!I was really happy and he made my day ! Highly recommend it!

I needed a battery for my Mondaine watch. I'd had it replaced not that long ago from another jeweller in Kentish Town (6 months) and my son recommended I try Stanley James. The service at SJJ was quick, efficient and the staff were friendly and professional. No waiting around. Also I was able to bring my e-bike inside the shop while I waited. The whole operation took 5 mins and I was happily on my way with a working watch on my wrist again. Thank you. Highly recommend and hope to come back for a service later in the year.

Probably the most disappointing experience from a retailer.I took in a ring (of which was a special gift from my partner) for resizing in February 2023, a few weeks later I collected the ring for it to not only be the wrong size, but for the stone in the ring to be completely smashed.I took the ring back in store, and they kindly offer to repair and replace the ring as well as re-size free of charge. I received the finalised ring on the 1st of July. Not only was the ring incorrectly sized again, but the stone replacement looks like it has come out of a games machine.All throughout the process I had to repeatedly call the check progress, I was met with rudeness at the fact I had to call numerous times. In the end, I wasn’t informed of completion, but I had to email to find out it was ready.I will happily say I will be reluctant to ever go to a jewellers again as a result of this experience.Update:Following the ‘managment comments below, my response to this is as follows.- I have updated an additional photo of the ring and as you can see; the flat stone of the ring is now rounded- Everytime I called the store to speak with someone and told them my name I was met with a sigh, to be told ‘we told you, this takes time, we will call you in a few days when it’s ready’- I was NOT informed that this process would damage or shatter the ring, otherwise I would have found an alternate jeweller- Whilst I do appreciate the repairs being free of charge, the ring is now nothing like the original. Regardless of no cost attached

This is a friendly knowledgeable place which I have used for replacing the batteries in a rather special watch and for valuing jewellery. They have also bought some unwanted jewellery from me. Service is efficient and never pushy. I will definitely go back.

An excellent experience at this wonderful jeweller's. I brought in my Tiffany bracelet which the charm had detached from the bracelet itself. Within minutes the bracelet had been fixed and the charm reattached with new silver. The gentleman in store could not have been any more polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend this jewellers to all my friends and family and anyone else looking for a ‘proper jewellers

I took in a very precious silver bracelet for repair and Stanley James Jewellers made an excellent job both of the repair and cleaning/restoring the bracelet. Very good service and good communication. Highly recommend them if you need jewellery repaired and will go back next time I need anything doing.
