Came in on Sunday with my wife looking for lightbulbs. We couldn't find them in the lighting section (go figure?) so asked a gentleman in the paint section if they had lightbulbs anywhere else. He took us there and asked what we needed. I showed him a bulb from my bathroom light and he started by saying ah that's a bathroom bulb as you can see from the convex shape on the lens"...he told us exactly what we needed to know about energy consumption and so much more (without being boring btw). That is the best bit of customer service I have seen in my 59 years on the planet. Thank you whoever you are middle aged bloke tanned complexion. :-)"

From my experience one of the best B&Q stores.Well stocked , but it is the friendly and helpful team on site that make it special.Check when peak or busy times are as it gets busy.Its open late so go later in the dayDuring Summer look out for the discounted plants

Everytime I use this store I am always disappointed with their stock and prices. They never seem to have much of anything and the items they do have seem of low quality and at a high price. Made a compromise on a bathroom light fitting as we needed one that day only to find all the fitting accessories to be missing from the box when we got home. I always seem to end up making a compromise when visiting this store as something has broken and needs replacing. All the reasonable stock seems to be online with a 5+ day delivery and cannot be click and collect which is not helpful when you need something that day or you are working during the week so cannot take delivery.

We ha e spent so much time in here as we are renovating our house. Staff are brilliant here. So friendly and knowledgeable. Great products, some things a little pricy but good.Delivery service is great.

Daniel has been brilliant at helping me, going out of his way to find the right person to ask, to find the right product i am looking for. Very happy with his pleasant and helpful nature. Certainly an asset to B&Q. Very good store and will go back to the store for our diy needs..

Wanted to buy 20mm stones but none on shelf, so asked a member of staff who was very helpful and thankfully they had the stones on pallets out the back. Then the guy kindly loaded my trolley with 10 bags. The store is always clean and tidy and friendly staff always on hand to help out.

Absolutely disgusting order was not delivered as promised. Customer service 40 minutes to answer the phone then still no answers.
