The Equilibrium team did a fantastic job installing an en-suite in a our guest bedroom which has totally transformed the space. Alan’s passion for period property shone through and we would happily recommend him and his team to anyone.

Our project to have a sun deck built in an area of the garden where we could catch the last of the evening sun was turned into reality by Alan and his team. The workmanship was of the highest quality with great attention to detail. The decking material is guaranteed for 25 years and we are confident the supporting structure has been built to achieve at least the same life.

We appointed Equilibrium to refurbish and repair elements of our Victorian terrace project. Works undertaken by equilibrium included:- carpentry and salvage of the original staircase,- new floor sub structure and flooring- design and build of an interior lobby to provide an additional bedroom,- general masonry repairs- installation of new and reclaimed doors- design and build of integrated storage areas and cupboards.- general carpentry including skirting, internal steps, moulding and architraves etcThey are a professional and experienced organisation that I would thoroughly recommend.

I have dealt with Alan & his team many times over the last 8 years, he goes above and beyond personally and professionally with every aspect of your project, I last called on Alan for some structural steels on my self build project as well as some bespoke carpentry internally which he tended to promptly, efficiently & competitively.I would have no hesitation in continually recommending Alan and the Equilibrium Building Solutions team to friends, family & colleagues.
