I left my car for service and MOT, and asked to be called if there were any charges above the price of the service. I was never called. I came back at the end of the day to find that my decent brand tyre had failed on tread depth and been replaced with a generic brand. When I asked why I wasn't called during the day and what the garage could do about this, their response was to offer to put the old tyre back on and fail the MOT.They also charge little extras" like screen wash (when not necessary) and replace spark plugs as soon as look at them

Really good service and so friendly. The work is always first class and it's nice to know that when you drop your car off there that they won't rip you off. I always take my old beaten up volvo there and they always get her going without charging me a kings ransom to fix it.

Wealth warning: MOT & Service - I asked them to call me if the parts for service exceeded £150 but they didn't bother calling. Total bill was over £400. They are disorganised and didn't even bother telling me the car was done. My advice: go elsewhere.
