I don't normally do reviews however this was just appalling. Called Fayyaz Alam as his details were on the letter provided to the client. The client isn't being represented as Fayyaz is paid to do so and hasn't been providing an interpreter so the client isn't aware of what is going on. Contacted Fayyaz while client was present to clarify in order to support client and it seems his degree has made him forget how to speak to people.Perhaps a suggestion of getting out of the office more often for some fresh air may help as I assume the workload may be getting too much for him to handle. Client has also stated he has been spoken to with disrespect knowing some of these very clients are victims.
