Great place for good variety used cars, comfortable clean premises, friendly staff. Sam was efficientprofessional and more than helpful. He spent ages looking round wet and cold car park, with me only having vaguest idea of what I wanted. Good variety of cars, listened to what I wanted and ended up with a test drive & job done! All paperwork/part exchange sorted smoothly; can't recommend enough, good experience all round.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful on our first visit, explaining how to get the information about any car we liked and letting us view them. Ian was very helpful when it came to getting a quote and then when I came back to test drive and buy my car. He was very professional and friendly. I am very happy with my car and will not hesitate to recommend Carstore.

Excellent buying experience. Richard Watson was incredibly patient, particularly when I changed my mind half way through the process. Very personable, easy to talk to, really good conversation. Always felt he genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. Helped to navigate through the complexity of making payment from bank. All round excellent customer service. Would recommend and will go back should other half ever change her aged Fiesta. Just wish I didn’t need an SUV with good boot space. I’d have bought the Mercedes CLA 200. Maybe next time.
