Bikram Yoga Fleet

A really friendly and great place to practice a variety of hot and cold yoga. Thoroughly recommended to anyone who's looking for a local yoga studio.

This is my first time doing bikram yoga and I enrolled for the £30 for 30 days which is a great deal. The teachers are welcoming and know everyone by name. The classes are great and I feel very at home here. Would highly recommend.

The atmosphere is friendly and chilled, the hot classes I have done have pushed my strength, flexibility and endurance, I come away feeling refreshed and sleep very well! Would recommend anyone to come and try it!

I have been visiting this Bikram studio for years. The teachers are very friendly and they have been superb with helping me with injuries throughout the years. The teachers are supportive and not too pushy. I have been to a few Bikram studios before and I can not recommend this one enough.

I've been going for about six months now and it's been a revelation. The first exercise that I've found myself wanting to go and do. The people are very friendly, it's been recently redecorated and it has decent showers and changing rooms with the option to rent mats and towels in case you're forgetful...like me.The only downside is that the parking gets really busy - everything else is brilliant.

Joined on 30 days offer. Been everyday for the last week and love it!! Overweight, unfit and never attempted yoga before but totally converted and addicted to hot yoga....largely down to the care and support from Jane and the rest of the team....highly recommend

It is amazing, the teachers are amazing, they really take the time to understand why your there, your goals and any problems you may have so don't push yourself. Everyone in the class will be at different levels so I never felt embarrassed about having to sit out or not being really flexible. But thats the brilliant thing aswell, is that the poses have different levels so you can go deeper into them and track your progress and see it aswell. The studio is lovely and relaxing, exactly what it should be and everyone both student and teacher is friendly and welcoming, felt right at home and all my anixety about starting a new class went away as quickly as the heat hit me :)

4 minutes late after a long drive and paying parking fees (and of course fuel), and they refuse to let me in after my friend (already present) informed them I'd be slightly late. I was told the instructor needed to see me before hand and was asked to come back another time, maybe tomorrow. Er... No thanks.
