I could not recommend Sapphire Beauty Room enough!! The service I have received is so warm, welcoming and friendly and such a relaxing environment! I have had eyelash extensions and they always look amazing and Gemma always makes sure that I am happy and comfortable as I have them done! Amazing service :)

Just had a treatment with the lovely Gemma! Omg as a new mum I feel soooooo relaxed and pampered! What a lovely session with a massage and facial! I absolutely will be back for more treatments :)

Sapphire Beauty Room
This was my second visit to Gemma for my lash & brows treatments, she is such a professional lady and so lovely. Has an ex holistic therapist and teacher, myself I found she works to a very high standard and smiles and chats to keep the client at ease. I’m already planning my next visit. Yes only 4 stars, there’s alway room to improve and a few more treatments would be the best start but Gemma as a plan to keep striving to move forward.

Highly reccomend Gemma at Sapphire Beauty Room. Have used her now a few times for massage and my back feels brand new every time. I get alot of tension which causes migraines but Gemma is brilliant at working the tension knots out. Gemma is friendly and chatty and makes you feel at ease. Looking forward to My next treatment.

I highly recommend Sapphire Beauty room! Gemma is so attentive of your needs and really listens to what you want whilst also giving realistic advice. I suffer with acne and her facials are to die for! You will definitely leave feeling super relaxed! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows or lashes; Gemma has my heart!!
