I believe if you are looking at this Buddhist temple run by a charity to help under privileged children, then you should go and been shown how 30 minutes of meditation taught by a genuine Buddhist monk could help you, please honor traditions when entering a Temple, may not be what you see in the movies but in true Buddhist theory it's how you translate your perception.
