I had a lot of problems with getting the line set up through OpenReach when I moved in to a new property, but Freeola did a fantastic job of getting it all sorted out and moving me over to their service. Internet works great now - thanks especially to Robert and Nic for all their help!

They've been providing me with email services and hosted a few very small websites for over a decade now. They provide excellent service, and on the rare occasions there's a problem, they get it sorted. I think the secret to their success is the fact that they have remained small and aren't interested in world domination, unlike so many other companies. Keep up the good work.

I have worked in IT for too many years to mention. Most of them have been working in professional services so I have spoken to support from global mammoths to small ISPs; good, bad, diabolical, and exceptional. My experience with Freeola on the two occasions I've spoken to them has been exceptional. First time was undoubtedly a technical question. Instant response and no explanation needed. Sorry I didn't get the person's name but they knew the answer immediately and I went away happy in seconds. Second time even more technical but Nicholas went out of his way to help me and stick with me until it was resolved. Nothing of Freeola's doing either but helped me with a workaround so thanks very much. Refreshing to engage with a company where the guys who answer the chat are knowledgeable and empowered to solve the problem. Thank you

Cheap service provider but Customer Service leaves room for ALOT of improvement. If you have a problem, there is one particular person in Technical Support who is rude, condescending and will go out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible. How he's still allowed to assist" customers on the phone is beyond me ..... Please start recording your calls

I've used this company for many years and have been happy with their great service. However, i purchased a domain last week and since then I have been inundated with spam email from businesses across the globe trying to sell me design services for my website and business! Not good Freeola.Dear Mr Rainbird, I have registered many domains with your company over some 18 years - NEVER have i had the insane amount of spam i received on the last registration.What phased me was that I was getting the spam for the site i'd registered at the email address for the (different) business address i'd used to register it; the email address was not included in these details. Anyway I'm still receiving spam but to a lesser extent. Thank you for taking the time to respond - I agree with your no spam sentiments.
