Burger bay

Easily the best chicken burgers around town. They have a delicious, almost homemade taste to them. The double chicken burger is a 10/10 burger and the fries are delicious too. The customer services is exemplary and very good. The pricing is fair and reasonable. First time tried it and very happy. These boys have got it right. Would definitely recommend 10/10

After being told the place is good I chose to travel down from out of town to visit this place. Upto arrival I thought the person serving had quite a attitude as I was told to pay via cash which I did not have but he told me I can get it from a petrol station near by, I told him I came specificly out out town to eat there and if he could start cooking my order and I go get the cash, he said this is not allowed I said i'll give my wallet as a deposit if its a issue just to show I will be coming back but he said he cannot but was quite abrupt with how he came accri he could have been a bit more proffesional, but fair enough if thats the rules then thats the rules they must have had issues with people placing orders and not coming back.The main issue I had was after placing the order in a rush he offered some drinks he said these are the best with no mention they would cost more he also said hes giving better sauces I thought this would be as a standard thing again no mention of charging extra for these, but long story short is I paid £24 for 2 burger meals but it should have been £16!; he charged me for 2 premium drinks and gave four sauces £1 each... £8 extra total! Also to add to that I bought a meal which he did not give the other can for. After realising I paid too much I asked and he said as I have come from out of town he's giving a better service and offering better products... £8 extra for 2 drinks and sauces, aswell as not giving the drinks in the meal and selling premimum drinks at £2... even though I bought a meal; dont think that is good service, think thats scamming mate...The additional £8 was given back but not a nice service when being treated as a customer in such a way food was good but horrible service and scamming tactics which if I didnt notice I would have been way over charged.

Excellent burgers, in line with city standards. Beautiful packaging. Price is good too. The burgers are very tasty and chips are fresh and crunchy also.

Order was correct and cooked well. The smashed burger and chips meal was absolutely bang on, really good. The chicken tenders weren't very good, they had a batter on which made them taste like onion rings. I would definitely go back and recommend the burger and chips. Hopefully they change the chicken tenders because it let them down slightly.

Tried the new burger with egg and angus beef 10/10. Awesome flavour & taste.

Nice new spot in Nelson with a simple menu. Smash burgers were good, and the loaded fries were nice. Churros had too much chocolate for my liking.They take cash only, but there are some cash machines a minute drive away.

Food was amazingly tasty, the sauces and the burgers just fell perfectly together. The garlic sauce was to die for, I’d travel to you just for that dip again. Boyfriend couldn’t inhale his Angus double burger quick enough, tasted like proper homely food and cooked perfectly. Also opt for curly fries as they were so tasty and I love the crunch. Definitely be coming back and recommending to others. Friendliest and nicest lads, even smiling through the rain and wind, lovely little set up

Since opened I have been going weekly sometimes twice! You can taste the quality of the meat! The staff are also hyped and happy to see you, the customer service is great, especially with the owners, great banter whilst we wait and watch our order being made before our eyes. The meat and toppings on the loaded fries is generous and very filling! I can't wait for the menu to grow and see what they add next, hopefully nachos
