I made a special trip to this beautiful place today.. id already been many times and it never disappoints. The Crystals are all of beautiful quality, great sizes and the best prices. They always have new different things in stock and keep it interesting. If your a Crystals and Incense lover and spiritual like myself, its the place for you. Also great for lovely Gifts !!! P.S... The staff / Owner are lovely people too. warm and welcoming Highly recommend x

Waited 30 minutes to be served and then got ignored and started serving que jumpers, not happy and won't be going back, the chap behind the counter just wanted to be on his phone, not the best place at all. Victoria shopping centre must be desperate to have them in there

Lovely stall I bought some wax melts they were lovely.

Horrible and nasty place. A place I never ever intend to spend my money at. If you must go try to refrain if your a black man being served by a woman. I went to the kiosk a few months back to purchase a fertility bracelet for my Mrs. The lady that served me lied on me and made a false allegation. She also got me banned from there also tried to also get me banned from the Victoria Centre. An investigation has concluded that there was no further action and that there was no truth in these claims made against me. This is a store I highly advice people to avoid. The people working at store are not right in the head. I am a black man that is friendly an warm hearted person and don't deserve to be treated like this. It seems like they have stereotype me as a black person.

Bought two crystals from the shop. The girls were very helpful. One of them was so friendly and lovely and kind and went out of her way to help me - thank you love!! Top class service!!The only let down was that the other English girl didn't make eye contact with me and smile at me which made me feel a little uneasy as I was talking to her too and she stared down at me - please don't avoid eye contact, it's not polite, it's rude and I'm talking to you - bad manners! I'm very sentimental. Please try to make the atmosphere happier and nicer for the customer. Thank you!
