Ah where to start . Compared to Range cooker services from their websites which is super expensive and rip off . This McBain service on the other side is miles away ( superior ) in handling customers , quick to book a service and the price is unbelievable . I would rate them to be the best in every format . This is the second time we have had to call McBain's. The first time they had to order a part, came back and fixed the fridge asap, this time the dishwasher was unreparable, and they kindly charged us a reduced call out rate. Both times friendly, timely and professionally competent service - excellent!
