Hollywood Nails Wokingham Ltd

I have been coming to Hollywood nails for a couple of years and I am always happy with my nails. That said, I do think that they are letting themselves down by not being punctual. I normally have a mani and pedi and despite making an appointment first thing, staff turn up long past the alloted time and then that has a knock-on effect. Time is money and that goes for customers too. The extra half an hour I had to wait because staff is late, is not on! And before you wonder, it was just not one that was late, 3 of them turned up late!! That meant ever customer after that with appointments had to wait too. What is the point of appointments?

Small wait, but that was expected, as we didn't have an appointment. The people doing my nails were nice enough, and the prices were fair. There was a small amount of roughness whilst filing my nails, but no more so than other places I have been. The only fault was that the colour range for normal polish on acrylics was very based around naturals and there weren't that many bright colours or pastels. Despite this I was super happy with the service and my nails, and I would definitely go there again. (I ordered a full set of acrylics with normal polish, in the coffin shape, which would normally be £25, but I had a different colour on every nail, so it was £27 which is around the standard price for similar at other nail salons)

Amazing place, great atmosphere, perfect techniques for nails, incredible sort of colours, glitters. The pedicure was one of the best I've experienced. I am highly recommending to everyone.

this place is great if u want short nails. if anything a little longer don’t bother. charge extra for a little length. i wanted almond nails and i guess they definitely do look like almonds. I am not great socially so i didn’t have the balls to ask to correct them so instead spent 2 hours at home filing them because the shaping is absolutely appalling

I have been a returning customer for some time now but sadly won’t be back. The nails are always great in here but the booking system is awful. I booked to come in at 11am, paid for 2 hours parking, only to be told to come at 12pm. I then stayed in Wokingham for another hour, only to be told there would be another hour wait. It is a shame that customer time is not valued at all :( in the end, I could not get my nails done, having wasted almost 3 hours of my time.

Absolutely awful, they took off my gel nails and did not use proper procedure. I was a bit naive but they scraped off the gel and did not use foils. My nails are now trashed, break every 5 minutes and I have an infected thumb. I have never had bad nails in my life before so am really upset. Also they demanded bank transfer or cash without telling me beforehand and would not let me leave without paying. Would never ever use them again or recommend. I also don't believe they used the correct product to take off the gel.

I asked for almond shape and they cut them quite long as I wanted a long nail, but now have acrylics the same length as my normal nails. The customer service was not very good, the person doing my nails was sighing, huffing and puffing and was very abrupt with how they spoke at me. I was given pocket money to get French tip nails that are £42 and am very disappointed with what look like at home gel nails.

When I first started going to the nail shop lovely service really happy with my nails each time. But recently iv not been happy with the service found it unprofessional at times . But still happy with my nails .

BEST NAIL SALON!! I’ve been to so many salons in Berkshire & honestly the effort and quality of the work they do here is next level. Manicure is included in the price, Lily does incredible nail art (show her a picture of what you want and she can do it) they’re so lovely & accommodating. Shellac never tends to last long for me but this set lasted me nearly 5 weeks!!!!! Incredible. 100/10.
