I sent an enquiry for a new sign by email and from then until delivery of my sign the whole experience of dealing with Sam was a lesson in how customer service should be delivered.All my emails were dealt with quickly, in a friendly but very professional manner and nothing seemed too much trouble. We recently used The Severn Sign Company to add livery to a van and their service was excellent. They are very friendly with excellent communication, while also offering great value and a high quality result.Although we had a design, Sam took the time to help us fine tune it for the van using his experience, which was much appreciated. I had been looking for a company that could tint house windows to completely block the light from entering certain rooms in my flat. I had contacted several companies, with some even sending out people to measure up, but made no progress as none ever got back with a price or installation date. I was desperate to get the job done because I was worried that any impending Covid 19 lock-down would soon be implemented and delay this urgent job for months to come.Anyway, after weeks of trying, I was about to give up when The Severn Sign Company was brought to my attention, so I thought that I'd have one last try. I sent the basic drawings over and within a very short time, Sam had got back to me with a price and an installation time slot within a week.I accepted the quote and even added a couple of specification essentials which the company were happy to accept. I paid my deposit and within a couple of days, the installer was there at the time and place agreed and following my building complex's Covid checks, started blocking the windows.The installation was efficient, with no fuss or bother and the installer worked around us in a very professional manner, taking time to answer questions and give advice on future care of the film.During installation, it was clear that I had supplied a mis-measurement on one window, but this was not a problem and they managed to cleverly work around it. After finishing, it was clear that the single layer of film would not be able to meet the strict specifications that I had given (that no light should pass through even in full sunshine), but this was not a problem at all as Sam at Severn Sign Company had foreseen this potential issue and the company immediately arranged another installation session at my convenience just a few days later, when a second film was applied and succeeded in creating the total sun- and light block that was required.At all times, the Severn Sign Company team were professional, empathetic and a pleasure to work with. This project, which I thought would drag on for weeks, was completed in under four working hours and the result was outstanding. The site was left clean and tidy and the price promised was the price that I paid. Severn Sign Company have guaranteed the work for at least 4 years but to be honest, I don't feel that there will be any issues, but at least I know that I have a reliable company standing behind me, ready to give assistance if I need it.
