Retirement gave cause to us fulfilling an ambition to move to a bungalow in a village in Norfolk. We found a property in need of renovation and with the legal processes completed, moved in. New to the area, we’d been recommended to Chris at Coughtrey BDK as the supplier of quality kitchens and bathrooms, so approached him to quote for necessary work. Initially, it seemed expensive, but after further consideration, given that it included all kitchen appliances, plastering, plumbing, electrical work, flooring and tiling, it seemed much more reasonable, so asked Chris to go ahead. Due to Covid and other factors affecting supply of some materials, it was a few months before installation could begin, but it was worth the wait and we are delighted with the results. Chris also quoted to supply new internal doors, which are the finishing touch to our internal renovations. Highly recommended!!

We had a complete bathroom rebuild and are very pleased with the result. All of the Coughtrey staff were very professional and I highly recommend them. The only problem is it's almost too nice to actually use!

The Coughtrey show room is excellent, one of the best places locally to look at bathrooms and kitchens all of a really high standard.We have worked on a number of projects where customers have their purchased their kitchens and bathrooms direct from Coughtrey and installed them themselves or used their own fitters, The quality of product and level of service is excellent. If we turn up to a project to undertake the electrical work and see the customer has coughtry products we know the project is going to run smoothly and be of a high standard.We have also been to a number of projects where the coughtry installers have provided a complete service and installed the kitchens and bathrooms themselves, which have been some of the best installation projects we have worked on. The guys are really friendly and helpful, and the finish is great.I would highly recomend you look at Coughtry.

Had a great experience with Coughtrey BDK. We needed a complete en-suite bathroom refit which also needed new flooring, lighting, tiling and plastering.We met Chris at the showroom and he talked us through different options. Initially it was more than we were looking at spending but what convinced us is the quality of the products and also that all the additional work like electrical is included as part of the final price. We worked with Chris on the specifications and booked it in.Everyone was extremely friendly and professional throughout the installation and fitting, keeping us updated with what was going on. They made sure to check where we wanted everything and also offered suggestions which was helpful. Everything was kept very clean and tidy at the end of each day too. We are very pleased with the results and are already working out when we could get another bathroom booked in.

The best kitchen display I discovered locally: good quality cabinets, sink, taps and worktops: able to supply electrical goods at a competitive price: the fitters took care and pride in their work and I am very pleased with the end result.
