Just called in on the off chance they had some break discs I needed , the lady on reception was happy to check and although they didn't have the ones I needed offered me a good alternative.

Computer has made mistakes a few times and ended up with wrong parts but staff always try their best and are always helpful and friendly. Better than microfiche days but a long way from infallible. Would be better off they always shows an image of the actual part and not a generic picture of the general type of part being supplied.

Supposed to close at 5.30. Arrived to collect a prepaid order at just after 5.25 to find the shutters down and the guy climbing into his van and driving off.

Got the parts I ordered ok.I think a few of the staff could do with some customer training. A smile and bit of conversation wouldn't go a miss as we are paying their wages.If they dont want to serve customers get a diffrent job.Other than that, parts ok.Will use again.

they issued the invoice, the goods were not picked up, but in fact they do not have them in stock.
