Poor communication, incompletion of full move. Management make an agreement with the client but on day of move staff are saying and doing something else. Was told that they will return the following day to collect what they couldn’t take (essential appliance) but did not turn up or make contact.However removal staff were polite.

3 nice guys turned up, nothing seemed too much trouble, they moved my piano without a problem from the 5th floor (old place), to the 3rd floor (new place), along with the usual boxes and bags. I just left them to it, and all went well.

Thank you for moving my elderly dad into extra care today, a really good job done by master moves today. Very smooth and stress free! Thanks a lot

Master Moves were given the gig of relocating residents of a block of 90 housing association flats in Hulme , Manchester some years ago.I was one of them. The men knocked on my door to move me and one asked; You got any brew tackle ? This was a request for tea. They had not even lifted a finger.I was so polite that I just made it .On moving back to my refurbished flat a young lad was in charge.The boss of Master Moves came to my flat to see him ,surveyed the place and told him there was not a lot to do.. I had done qute a bit myself. My choice. This guy was not a professional removal man and he clumsily bashed my fridge door. It eventually fell off. Also my washing machine leaked from the bottom after they moved it. I complained and a washing machine engineer came to my flat , courtesy of Master Moves. He sounded Scouse.This guy was shifty as anything and did not even examine my appliance,just told me it was in terrible condition,old and broken. The entire encounter felt dishonest and set up .

Master Moves moved some furniture for me and provided an excellent service from start to finish. Admin and communication was excellent, with updates on time of arrival and the size of van. The workers were friendly, helpful and took great care of my property. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Thank you. I would highly recommend Master Moves if you need a stress free, professional service when you are moving.

Would not recommend my 87 year old mother moved on 3rd November this company didn't plumb in washing machine as paid to do , given a afternoon appointment then came morning, damaged brand new TV, only did half a job , took my nanas sofa and didnt bring it back and workers was so unprofessional and attitude stunk!!! And to top it off they've now refused to come back replace tv and woman on phone was shouting her head off I am now reporting this company and broadcasting it messed with wrong person it's disgusting how you treat people especially a 87 year old woman shame on you !!!

I would just like to say a big 'thankyou' to the staff and moving guys at Master Moves. The whole team really did take the stress out of my recent office relocation. The packaging arrived along with all the advise I needed to self pack and on the day of the move the team where professional and reassuring every step of the way.

I would definitely recommend Master Moves.I initially liaised with Rose regarding my move, she was very understanding when there was a change in my completion date and was also extremely helpful in providing all of the information I needed regarding my booking. She organised the move brilliantly.On the day the removal men, Paul and Alan were brilliant. Organised, on time, efficient and friendly.They were extremely careful and considerate of all of my items that needed to be removed from the property.Moving can be a really stressful process but Rose, Paul and Alan took all of the stress out of the removal process for me. I would highly recommend Master Moves. Thank you for all of your assistance!
