Came here slightly by chance, but I couldn't resist going in to buy a small souvenir for an old friend and diehard Hammers fan. Nice staff and a great selection of goods for fans of all ages.

Was surprised to find the Store had a Cafe, where costs were reasonable. Can't say the same about the the merchandise on sale though but guess this would be the same in all other football team stores.

I had a legends tour which was with Alvin Martin wow !What a fantastic approachable guy, no airs or graces just a genuine guy.A great experience (I recommend the legends tour over the basic one anyday)

We were really looking forward to this event and bought tickets for the Great Britan Lounge. We were greeted warmly and taken care of. The seats were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we wished for more support for West Ham, the fans only knew two songs. That would never be enough for Bundesliga games. After the game, the party in front of the stadium was more lively.

Very busy on matchday, if you can, arrive very early or better go on a non match day. Plenty of staff available alson non match days. Check out a stadium tour that starts from the Café downstairs.

Great place and fitting arena for West Ham.Shame about the performance today, which asked some questions of some of the players. Bowen, Kudos, Paqueta played well but the rest didn't turn up which is not good enough given the arena and area they have on a plate for them

Bought West Ham merchandise,food & Beverages today.Good to catch up with fellow West Ham fans that I have known for over 45 years.Transport links to and from the stadium are fair , considering a home crowd of 60,000+ at every home game.Best of all,a win for West Ham!⚒️⚒️⚒️
