What a fabulous addition to Thorpe Bay Broadway. Fixed my Tom Ford sunglasses free of charge simply saying this is part of the customer service they offer. So friendly. So professional. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. We will be going there for everything optical from now on!

I was recommended by my friend to go to Bay Optical as ive recently moved to the area. Upon arrival I was greeted by Juliet & Rob who gave me amazing service. The shop has a great selection of glasses at good prices. I was really pleased with my new glasses.
