the service is great he treated our dog like it was his and he even let him stay at his house for a long time until he could travel our pet is with us right now and he is safe. They are so kind and will keep you informated about everything.

I organised a pet taxi for my mum's cat as she was moving house. Jeremy who runs the business asked for cash payment (this should have been a warning sign to me). With the stress of moving my mum accidentally overpaid Pat, the pet taxi driver, by £30 and when we contacted her to request that she refund the money, Pat complained that she should have been paid more for the job and refused. I contacted Jeremy to explain the mistake and initially he said he would refund the money. There has been no refund and Jeremy has ignored my follow up messages. Taxi 4 pet does not seem to be an honest and reputable business. I would not recommend.

I would highly recommend Taxi 4 pets. I had 2 puppies transported down south (I’m up North) Both Jeremy and Pat was most helpful and kept me up to date with the puppies journey. Again I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone needing a courier service for their pets. I look forward to using them again myself in the future.
