Had a sports massage on a shoulder injury. The person giving treatment was knowledgeable and pleasant. After the initial shock and pain my shoulder has definitely improved and i cannot wait for my next session. Make no mistake, Sports massage can be painful but the person giving me the treatment explained everything well, and asked how far i would like to go. The ends justify the means and i am extremely grateful for their services.
