Making a purchase was extremely easy with the great technology used as well as the friendly and helpful service.It’s great to go and take a look at a device or devices you may buy as well as being able to use them in store so you can get a feel of what the experience is like. This makes it helpful as you know what’s best for you.

Unpleasant, definitely arrogant, & ignoring customers I would rate as this shops most total & crowning achievement.I will never use this place again.Almost every very electronic device I use is Apple, good job I never used this bunch of ….., I bought my first Mac.

I brought my iPad in as it had stopped working. I envisaged the expense of a big repair. The gentleman plugged it in pressed buttons and it came on immediately. I felt relieved and ridiculous but he put me at ease.Great service. I will use the shop again.

Western computers provides the best service I’ve come across. They were very prompt with addressing my phone’s issue.I’ve never had an experience as good as this ever.I would recommend them to anyone.

I booked an appointment with this store on Tuesday 04/07/23 and spoke to Simon about a fault with my iPhone. We was greeted at the door and welcomed into the store. Simon was friendly and professional throughout our visit and look at the phone straight away. Unfortunately the phone had couple of hardware faults which was beyond economical repair however this is a store I will be returning to in future as the service and advise was first class. Well done to Simon.

We visited this morning with our new iPhones to purchase new covers and screen protectors along with asking for help to set them up . The store was empty bar two staff , we got told we are a reseller for apple and cant help with the phones and buy the covers on line as they don't have stock at present. Really unhelpful and unprofessional delivery of service, or lack of ! I bought a mac book pro and air pod pros not long ago from here and really disappointed with the service. Won’t visit again.With the Apple brand on the door i would hope you would support and help the loyal apple brand customer, obviously not :(Part 2Thank You for your reply!! To note the service of setting up our phone was not offered by neither members of staff!! FOC or at a cost at any point during the conversation.It would of been a perfect solution at this time and that is why we came to Leamington.Maybe a suggestion; in future if you offer the above service, then actually offer it!! People have the opportunity then to decide if they want to pay for the help or not .

The screen on my M1 MacBook Pro died, and it was out of warranty. Not only did these guys fix it quickly and without drama, they were even able to reclaim most of the cost of the repair from the original vendor. I'm genuinely stunned at how helpful they were.

Recently had my Apple pencil replaced here, very fast turnaround time very pleasant honest and professional staff too , would highly recommend. They helped set up my new iPad too, there was a fee involved but that was expected for someone’s time and effort. Thank you

Needed a new battery fitting for my iPhone. After speaking to them on the phone, I dropped it off at 9am in the Leamington store and had an email by 11:30am saying it was fixed. The team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks guys.

I’m happy that I had my battery replaced with the Western Computer store in Leamington Spa! I dropped my phone off at 10:30am and received an email just before 2:30pm to say that it was ready to collect! Speedy service and will definitely use them again in the future!
