Shocking service. An hour late then couldn’t find us, we gave clear instructions about where we were and told the driver to phone ahead. The driver, Kadir didn’t phone then went to the wrong area and couldn’t even Google the road around the corner to find us. Pathetic and a total embarrassment, never dealt with anything like it getting a taxi.

I've had overall really excellent service from Hull cars, but today I felt like they really went above and beyond for me. I was in a bit of emotional distress and my taxi driver supported me through the whole thing, which meant the world to me. Hull cars have never let me down and today the service was exceptional and more than I could have ever asked for. My taxi arrived in around 5 minutes from when I requested it, which I thought was pretty great, usually I pre-schedule my taxis, so I didn't realise how promptly they can arrive. The prices are really reasonable as well compared to other taxi services I've used.
