Absolutely disgusting service. They don't take things back to the depot anymore and will keep you waiting while they try to deliver while you're at work for two days. Consequently they've cut the open hours so it's never open past 1800. Royal Fail are just another British institution that's been gutted by short term policy making.

Normally 5* however, for about 6 months I have not had post bags delivered to my home (online business), I have been picking up a few at Bath Rd post office but they have very few to spare. How does this support your own Click and Drop business? Stop hoading the bags and get them out into circulation. If you had a phone number I would have called it.

The staff are an absolute bundle of joy. Their positive and friendly approach means I have come away satisfied with the service they provide, hence this glowing ONE STAR review.

Just an ordeal under the new system.The only person that ever works here is so unbearably slow that you need to wait a minimum of 30 mins every time.Opening hours are ridiculous, it’s clear customer service is not a priority.

Absolutely terrible service.They take forever to deliver a parcel to you, even if you live nearby the depot like I do.One time, a parcel was scheduled to be delivered to me on Saturday, but they never did the delivery and the depot closed at 12PM that day, so I had to wait for it on Monday!Speaking of, whenever they return the parcel to the depot for redelivery if your not in or the address is inaccessible, you cannot go over there in person to pick it up, they hoard it for the whole day and attempt the delivery tomorrow, even though it would be easier, faster and more helpful to just hand it over to you at the desk.These guys need to seriously improve their service, whenever I order things online and when the royal mail do the delivery, I can expect them to do a terrible job at it.

Useless as the delivery driver does not bother to go through the gate to the building but marks as address inaccessible.

Absolute travesty of a mail courier" even with clear delivery instructions it has failed 3 times WITH someone in. Too lazy to knock or ring the bell but will write a red slip and ignore instructions"

No parking and always a queue when they’re not on strike or closed which is more often than not. However staff are fantastic. It’s time the fat cats get their act together if they want to keep their pockets filled.

Poor services. changed address but attempted deliveries on same address. Very unsatisfactory. Never gonna try again royal mail services
