Very disappointed. I ordered some food 20.00 and the cleaner was cleaning some table downstairs and upstairs was closed and they say they can't open it because only is takeaway and closed 23.00 how is possible in the city centre?. Burton is small town and they allow to use all space until is closed.

It’s a McDonald restaurant in the centre of Derby. Self serve machines not very reliable so queue at the one payment till. Staff are nice so all good there. Deliveroo and just eat fill a quarter of the main downstairs bit. No real atmosphere as such, but fills a gap when you’re hungry

Only few tables downstairs as 1st floor was closed for cleaning. Restaurant crowded and not even a single place to have my meal. Had to go outside and eat in the rain. Staf very rude as well as I complain about where could i have my meal.Never come back

Terrible service, ordered a burger, potatoes, sweet apple pie, ice cream, sauce and an Oasis drinkIn this I get regular sweet water and not a drink, there is no ice cream, instead of an apple pie they put a chocolate one, I don’t understand when it shows apple in stock, take away that it’s out of stock, they don’t refund the money, they don’t put anything in replacement either, if anything it’s out of stock, and I want to say this NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME, you pay for one thing, you get another and there’s also a shortage of products.. terribleWater with sugar! ahaha

My son ordered chicken wrap and was given a bacon ceaser wrap.When I went back to them the staff wasn’t apologetic or show any remorse. They did replace the wrap however the chips had gone absolutely cold meanwhile!!No remorse no sense of responsibility to help the customer.Not happy with this place!

Appalling. We went in for some food late morning today and couldn't believe the state of the place. It looks like it been closed down. You can't sit at most of the tables as there are bread baskets all the way down the left hand side and it looks filthy. The worst McDonald's I've ever been in.

Whenever I buy large drinks especially milkshake, it’s always half of the cup and they tend to justify it when you complain.Same thing has packing medium chips as large for takeaways

The cleaning staff (lady) in the morning is just chilling with mates outside. Her name starts with the letter L. Alot of customers cant able to sit and have their food because the table isn't cleaned. When I went and asked to open the upstairs she told it can't be opened in rn. Takeaway is better than eat-in.

They are actually quite nice and understanding for a McDonalds :) I'll give them 4 starts because, even when busy, they always try to do their best work. Yes, they are not always perfect but they most certainly put effort in
