Very friendly and helpful staff here. My experience with cex is always good. You can find great deals here with 2 year warranty as well which is applicable all over the world. That's awesome! I bought a laptop from here and the product is as good as new.I personally feel if you want bang for the buck deal you should exchange and buy products from here. Which will save more money. Overall experience is fantastic.

Went in to return a game as my Xbox had broke as it’s store policy I could’ve t get a refund witch is fine I understand but then I checked the box a day later as I’m a bit too trusting and I’m missing one game out the box unknown if I can get it back yet but we will find out tomorrow

Tried to rip me off. Went into store with my phone was offered £105. Phone in perfect working order not a scratch on it. Doesn't come with a fast charging plug which they knew when making the offer. Asked me to come back in half an hour whilst they tested the phone. I came back and they tried knock £8 off their already low offer even though the phone is fine for the plug. Should have been upfront at the outset.

Went in to buy a couple of things as presents , had an excellent experience and was really impressed by the knowledge and patience the staff showed. Got what I wanted and left happy. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Great company but one big problem :- The shop are unable to tell you how much money you may have on your loyalty card ? So how can you redeem the card ?

Just wanted to say how impressed I was yesterday 2nd October afternoon. I needed a phone and was served by a lovely young lady called Mandi, she took the time to find me a phone within my budget and made sure that it was suitable and it was complete with the proper charger. Nice hassle free service.

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with CEX. Love it when I get a game for half price or cheaper...but if your selling tech you do get stuffed on a price that will fee more reasonable to you. I know they have to pay wages and have overheads etc. But when I had a beaut condition PS4 and was offered £38 for it... When they were being resold for £140 behind me ...it was a bit of a kick. I sold privately for £120.Still the games are in good condition and there are some gem box sets in the store. I recently traded some games and got hogwarts legacy for a fiver. I felt like that exchange worked in my favour. Nintendo switch games retain their value and you get the biggest bang for buck trading those.
