Stopped for a very quick visit. So much to see outside and in. Spoke to and watched the great man at work, looks so simple. The pottery is fantastic.

They do pretty much the ultimate Science Fiction author coffee mug, about the size of a baby's head and it has stars in it! Also, dishwasher proof also.Aside from a huge range of artisan mugs and tankards etc,there's also replica stone age pottery, and wonderful miniature Neolithic goddess figurines that are affordable for the kids.A friendly cornucopia of clay would be a good description.

You must visit Harray when in the Orkney Islands and call in to see Harray Potter. It's now a father and son run business and the father Andrew is passing all his vast knowledge and experience to his son Nicky. You can watch them working on new pottery items and the shop is full of goodies.

Great place to visit. His stuff is excellent. We got to see him in action. The kids also got to make some stuff which was fired and sent to us. Great experience.

These are by far my favorite mugs. My mother Margaret brought them back to Canada with her. She fell in love with the land and these beautifull memoirs are a constant reminders of our origins.We just had hot coco by the fire to end my Sons First Snow day(off school)
