Don't bother... I ordered a 6th form blazer..in good time for September . No sign of it for the start of term even after I'd called and emailed no response. Luckily I have sourced it elsewhere with Uniforms2go no issues with that company they couldn't be more helpful...

Poor customer service, uniform not all that good either very poor. Waited ages for shirts and cardigans for my daughter when ordered they had gone and embroided the wrong uniform good job she had spare. Not much stock in shop it's like a jumble sale.

Very poor service. Will not be using euro schools in future. Ordered my sons uniform a few weeks before the start of new term and was assured it would be ready on time. At checkout I was asked if paying in full or just deposit, without them actually telling me how much the order would come to. When I questioned it I was informed it would be about £70" I payed in full and they took my contact details. When I went to give them my partners Contact details just incase I was in work and unavailable I got told don't bother as we won't contact you anyway. Then why take contact details?We turned up the week of school starting and uniform hadn't arrived. Told to come back at the end of the week. Again we went back and only one jumpers out of the three ordered had arrived and none of the tshirts ordered had arrived. Left it another two weeks before returning. The other items had arrived

First and last time I use this store. Terrible customer service, poor organisation. One garment damaged when being embroided, no apology and replaced with thier own garment and still expected to pay for embroidery on the garment. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 jumpers on 14th August and paid for them!! Can’t speak to anyone on telephone. Tried contacting them on fb, no reply. Also not replying to email. Very bad customer service. School starts in less than a week and my son has no school jumpers when I have paid for them, well in advance

Year after year there’s problems, this year I placed an order for 4 of my children’s uniform , 3 weeks later I ring to pick my order up to be told they don’t do 5 of the hoody’s I ordered, I cannot fathom why they would take an order for items they don’t sell ! No excuse because while on the phone the girl asked a senior member of staff if they did the items I was asking and that person said yes , now my children have to wear old uniform because there’s only 4 days left until they start school , I will NEVER order from here again 4 years running there’s been problems , customer service is rubbish , they employ kids in the summer which is great but don’t teach them manners etcI would recommend Porthcawl uniforms .

I came to your store last week needing a whole new uniform for my daughter to start high school. From the moment we walked in the service was outstanding. The lady even told us what size my daughter would need without even measuring her. We went upstairs to a young man we helped us get everything we needed,even went to the warehouse to get the sizes he didn’t have. We were in picked the items and paid all within 20 mins!! Absolutely amazing, all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely Be using your shop again without a doubt!! Thank you so much.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. Quality items at reasonable prices to get the kids kitted out for school.

Initially gave young lad a previous receipt to replicate regarding brynteg uniform. All a little bit rushed, however walked away with all it seemed.Daughters first day at Brynteg, relying on euro schools for all as requested, unknowingly putting my trust in them, they gave a black skirt not grey so first day photo in brynteg was a waste.My daughter on her 1st day was told she had the wrong uniform..a disgrace..in busy times too many young children running around like headless chickens. I've been served by the owner previously. To you the owner I understand business but you have to have good people up front. Given my experience you don't which is disappointing. Not sure I'll return. I welcome your response.
