S**t service. 5 minutes of absolute twaddle before you can even be put on hold for an eternity.So after all that I called in with my query. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Tried to divert me to something completely different to the matter at hand and used the most patronising tone of voice. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people on a weekly basis.

The building was empty, no other customers or clients but couldn't get help because 'if a customer comes' attitude 'she can be busy'Just tired of these repulsive customer services... The hiding themselves behind they T&C's they can do whatever they want. People have to start giving feedback about these offices, persons.

Sadly found myself without work after Xmas due to Xmas temp role not carrying over and had the pleasure of having Sarah she was very kind and helpful and sent me all the local jobs and organisations that can help me find work she was very understanding and just lovely to have delt with she understood my issues and queeries and did all she could to help me so thank you Sarah I now have a new job starting withing the next month or so so very pleased

The staff I have dealt with here - both for myself and for other members of my family - have always been courteous. They have been particularly understanding in relation to mental health issues. A special mention to Robbie Warburton who always goes above and beyond to help. JCP often gets a raw deal but the staff here deserve credit for how they treat people.

Promise you a call for an appointment wait in all day for it doesn't happen then when you call them about the appointment they promise you another and still don't call you if I was to miss an appointment I would be sanctioned? Yet you don't get a call back from them and nothing happens spoke to someone after an hour wait! To be told it's the wrong department and instead of putting me to the right one he says call again so now have to wait another hour to get through to this department it's an absolute joke honestly I don't understand why he couldn't just transfer me to the correct line and not spoken to me like I was stupid for ringing a number that I was told to call!
