Cannot thank Darren enough for being so genuinely helpful and keen to resolve any car problems. One of the wheels suddenly made a very concerning grating /screeching noise on my return to Cardiff was recommended to request an emergency review of the problem without any booking since I’m not from Abergavenny. Darren kindly agreed to have a look despite him and the garage being so busy. Took him less than 5 min to figure out the problem and resolve it within 20 min of waiting. Disaster averted!! Kwikfit was unhelpful and turned me away before I found the garage gem in Abergavenny. Highly recommended family run garage!!

Can't fault john, nick and the team down at judd. We buy vans off them all the time and the effort that goes in to keep us happy is well and truly appreciated! Also had a fault on a ford transit which 2 other garages couldn't repair, as soon as I rang Darren in service they knew exactly what was wrong,the van was booked in and repaired the following Monday. Top class guys!

We called in this morning to have an engine light looked at, they took time out of the busy work they were doing to help us out and were really informative in telling us what they were doing. Will come back here next time we need to work done - very reasonable prices! Thanks guys!

I was lost driving through south wales as the fuse for the charging socket had gone so couldn't charge my satnav, phone or anything. I dropped in on these guys & they promptly put in a new fuse free of charge eventhough they were very busy. I certainly recommend these guys to anybody.

I have driven over from Bristol for the weekend. I went to a local garage to check tyre pressures and screen wash. I realised my coolant was below minimum. It was now 4. 30pm.Judd brothers were polite, respectful and very helpful. The team topped up my coolant and also added more screen wash. I was extremely grateful and when asked what I owed. The gentleman said no charge. I gave some money to buy the lads a drink.Thank you so much. I can't thank you enough.Would I recommend this service? Absolutly. Fist class

Amazing service! Had a bad fuel leak in my van on my way to Brecon, they looked at it straight away and fixed it within minutes whereas no other mechanic in town would help! They were welcoming and friendly and super helpful! Highly recommend for their customer service! :) thank you so much

Really friendly staff. Went in with a check engine light and multiple issues, they identified the fault, explained the problem to me and then fixed it after I gave the go-ahead from hearing the reasonably priced quote. No problems since! Will be taking my car here more often and would recommend to others.
