Excellent service. Only reason for giving a four out of five is that they were unable to carry out the diagnostic work as the vehicle is too old and their technology doesn’t go back as far as 1998.Otherwise would be a five out of five

They will not keep to their parts warranty and blame the driver as so many range rover owners have been told, after their expert makes a decision from a photograph, I will take legal action against them but warn others never to use them. A clutch went after 16 months we had the full system replaced with flywheel as advised by them for 24 months warranty, my wife has driven 4x4's for 20 years with no problems and they are saying the warranty is void its drivers to blame. never trust them, they do not honor their warranty's, look at the reviews for their clutches its shocking,,

OH took Defender in for recall work. Tracey who made the appointment was very friendly, offered a courtesy car if I wanted to wait for a later appointment, and phoned afterwards to check everything was ok. Would recommend Duckworths at Market Rasen.
